GJ brings expertise across all property types, from condos and apartments to luxury estates, with a commitment to maintaining your property’s financial health, physical upkeep, and tenant satisfaction. GJ handles the day-to-day operations, including coordinating property maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing financial management— while leading a dedicated team.

She excels at creating unforgettable guest experiences, from ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs, to promptly and professionally responding to your guest's inquiries and concerns. As your primary point of contact, Stela handles every aspect of the guest experience, ensuring they have a memorable stay - all while providing you with peace of mind that your property is left pristine after each stay. Other comprehensive responsibilities include finding tenants for property owners, tenant screening, tenant relations, lease agreements, and ensuring a seamless rental experience for both landlords and tenants.
